• Race & Timing Data: Official bib numbers, flag-off times, split times, and finish rankings.

Your information is used strictly to provide event experiences and platform functionality:

• Allocating official timing bibs, race kits, and generating digital athlete passes.
• Transmitting emergency medical details to certified on-course medical teams if required.
• Sending registration confirmations, event updates, venue directions, and timing results via email and SMS/WhatsApp.
