Organizer Terms & Conditions

1. Event Listing & Accuracy

Organizers represent and warrant that all published event information (routes, distances, start times, venue locations, tier pricing, and inclusions) is accurate, lawful, and authorized by municipal, police, and forest/local administrations.

2. Safety & Medical Support Mandate

Every race listed on the platform must guarantee minimum athletic safety protocols:

• Adequate hydration aid stations (water, electrolytes, first aid) at regular intervals (minimum every 2.5 km for running).
• Designated emergency medical response vehicles / ambulances stationed along the course.
• Qualified course marshals and clear route distance signage.

3. Bib Allocation & Kit Handover

Organizers must utilize the RunBuddies bib numbers allocated to participants and ensure physical timing bibs and kits are distributed at the designated expo venue prior to race start.

4. Payouts & Platform Fees

Registration fees collected through the platform will be remitted to the organizer's verified bank account in accordance with the agreed disbursement schedule, net of applicable platform processing fees and taxes.

5. Event Cancellations & Force Majeure

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the organizer is obligated to notify registered runners promptly and provide credit, transfer to alternate dates, or process refunds in compliance with fair consumer practices.
